After the item(s) have been returned, we will either ship you the exchanged item(s) or issue you a refund for the products. Items that received a free shipping promotion will have the actual shipping charges for the items deducted from the refund amount. In the rare instance that an item was shipped in error, we will pay the charges to have the item returned to us via ground service of our choice.
